Algotech supported humanitarian action "HEART FOR CHILDREN"

20. 11. 2012Telecommunications forum - TELFOR - is the annual event organized by the Telecommunications Society Belgrade, which brings together local and regional companies, as well as individuals involved in telecommunications and information technologies. This year the TELFOR was attended by over 2000 registered participants and exhibitors from all areas of telecommunications. TELFOR covers all the main aspects of telecommunications and IT technologies, such as software and technical solutions offer, development policy, regulatory and economic issues, education, equipment manufacture, as well as service and system operations.
Algotech Contact Center Day Workshop
26. 09. 2012On 26th of September at hotel „Šumadija“, in cooperation with companies Cisco and Verint, Algotech organized Contact Center Day workshop, with over 30 Algotech’s clients attending. The workshop was intended to present modern software tools used for improvement of Contact center operations. In the first part of today’s workshop, Algotech presented a Case study of the first Cisco Enterprise Contact Center in Serbia that Algotech’s engineers have implemented at the SBB company. This was followed by the news from Cisco and Verint.
Algotech concluded a contract SPLA for cloud with Microsoft

On this occasion, Algotech Serbia hosted this important anniversary in the restaurant “Vizantia”, at the confluence of the Sava and the Danube, in the presence of numerous guests and employees. Algotech supported the TELETON - humanitarian TV project

The aim of this humanitarian project is building an inclusive service center for children with disabilities.
