Product AlgoSYS in the Finals of the IT Product of the Year Competition in the Czech Republic
31. 10. 201131 October 2011, Prague. Product AlgoSYS of Algotech has advanced to the finals of the competition and earned the right for the label IT Product of the Year 2011.
The product for VoIP monitoring – AlgoSYS - has advanced to the finals of the IT Product of the Year 2011 competition in the category of Administration Tools. AlgoSYS monitors the quality, availability and performance of voice services. Besides the graphical outputs of the monitoring itself it provides the escalation of problems by means of sending an alarm if any problems occur. The solution helps the customers to analyze the situation easily and respond quickly to the events occurred and thus saves time at the solution of the problems, as well as the costs.
AlgoSYS informs immediately about the exceeding of threshold values, which also ensures the prevention of a possible problem. In accordance with the preset matrix it informs the key employees of the operation, whish reduces the time needed for the problem remedy. In addition the solution monitors the quality, availability and performance of the voice services of the supervised equipment, which enables to monitor their condition in real time, as well as for the passed period. It also provides well-arranged graphical outputs about the quality of the voice services and their parameters.
